For overseas participants
There are two major airports in Tokyo area. Please make sure of which airport you will be arriving to and leaving from.
When you stay at KEK before/after CPP2016, you may take Airport Bus (Airport Liner NATT'S) from/to Narita airport. The address of KEK is 1-1 Oho Tsukuba City, Ibaraki. Between KEK and Tsukuba Center you may take Tsukuba-city's community bus called Tsuku-Bus (Hokubu-Shuttle-Bus route ). It stops at the bus-stop in front of KEK. There are three bus stops from Tsukuba Center bus terminal to KEK (Koh-eh-nel-ghi ken-cue-kikoh) bus stop. The one-way fare is 300 yen.
For domestic participants
Please refer to the IPC website:

Currency Exchange
There is NO bank nor financial institution nearby IPC to exchange money. Although you do not need lots of cash on hand to attend CPP2016, you will be needing some cash to get to the venue, IPC. It is highly recommended to use a currency exchange service AT THE AIRPORT before you get on a train. Use of credit cards may be limited in Japan; surprisingly we still prefer a cash basis over credit and/or debit card use.
