We, the Computational Particle Physics (CPP) Workshop Organizing Committee,
is proud to announce the 4th CPP Workshop scheduled to take place
in October 2016 in Japan.
In the past we have hosted the series of CPP Workshops in 1998, 2001 and 2010,
respectively and successfully, covering the following areas of study;
higher-order radiative corrections, automatic computations in the quantum field theory,
numerical methods in the particle physics, and other related topics
in the high-energy physics.
As you might have already heard that Professor Yoshimitsu Shimizu,
the principal organizer of these Workshops, passed away last October.
We intend the coming Workshop to partly be a memorial meeting for him and
cherish wonderful and precious moments we shared with him.
We welcome you to make a presentation for either the scientific or memorial
session during the Workshop.
The workshop will take place between the evening of Saturday, 8 October,
and the afternoon of Tuesday, 11 October 2016, in Hayama
where Prof. Shimizu spent his last years.
We all hope that you will join us at this Workshop and share your thoughts
with us throughout the event.
Toshiaki KANEKO
The Chair of the 4th CPP Organizing Committee
